At First Christian Church Children’s Ministry, we teach kids what it means follow Jesus, the Light of the World. Keeping kids safe, happy, and in a loving environment are our top priorities!
All preschool-6th graders are welcome to attend Kids Church, and 0-2 year olds in the nursery (located in Room 21). We strive to teach the Bible and share about Jesus in ways that your child can understand and relate to. They each have the opportunity to learn more about God through weekly lessons, hang out and play games with other kids, and make fun crafts to take home.
Sunday Check-In System
To ensure the safety and security of our kids, we have a check-in system to keep track of those attending each Sunday—for both the 9:30 and 11 am services. Before main service, come to the Check-In Desk in the Children’s Wing. A volunteer will check in your child(ren), who will then be given a name tag to wear (this tag will also include medical conditions or allergies the teachers should be informed of).
We desire that your kids have a fun, enjoyable time at Kids Church, and that you feel comfortable entrusting them into our care while you attend main service. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns so we can best serve you and your little ones!
