Phil & Pattie Eager — Missionaries in La Paz & Baja California

Phil Eager comes from a local family that has been involved in mission work for years. He and his family were called to Baja California over five years ago. They helped develop a church outreach ministry south of Cabo San Lucas, which is now operating on its own. Their new mission is to assist with church planting near La Paz, Mexico. They are presently working with the community through sports and reaching out to the youth with their ministry “Transformados.”

Fundación Emmanuel — Orphanage in Mexicali

Martha Meza and her late husband Alberto Meza are the founders of the organization Fundación Emmanuel, and their daughter Lupita assists in running it. Since 1987, this organization has been a home that ministers to and cares for the children of inmates of El Cerezo prison in Mexicali B.C., Mexico, and children in low-income families.
